I found this on a shelf in a shop that closed down in the early 70's it had about a inch of dust on it. I Think this is a NOS cap but since I am not sure I listed it as used. This is in great shape it just needs to be cleaned real good from sitting for so many years. I am told this is for 39-41 Lincoln Mercury & Zepher but I am sure it will work on other makes and models from that era. This is a really RARE fine so grab it while you can. Sat, 20 Apr 2013Offering much better economy than the GS 450h, it offers not only a viable alternative for private buyers looking for a bit of beautifully built Japanese luxury with lower running costs, but also makes the GS a much more appealing option for company car drivers – probably where most of the sales will be made. Lexus are aiming for Co2 emissions below 110g/km for the GS 300h (the IS 300h manages 99g/km) which will give headline economy around 60mpg – a third better than the GS 450h can manage. Power comes from the same hybrid drivetrain as the IS 300h, which means a 2.5 litre petrol mated to an electric motor and delivering 215bhp and o-62mph in around 8.5 seconds.
NYC approves Ford Transit Connect for taxi fleet
Thu, 21 Jul 2011New York signed off on the Ford Transit Connect to be used for taxi service, paving the way for the nation's largest city to begin switching to the small van in place of the aging Crown Victoria. The move was announced Thursday after a public hearing; New York joins Boston, Philadelphia and Chicago on the list of major cities that have approved the vehicle for taxi service. The Transit Connect (and Taurus sedan) is approved for use now, but a Nissan van will become the exclusive vehicle in 2013.
