GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:

·         Shipping charges are calculated based on your location. 

·         Combined shipping discounts are available per order except where indicated.

·         We generally process orders the same day payment clears and ship the following morning.

·         Michigan Marine Supply is not responsible for shipping delays or damages, we will work with the buyer to help process any claim.

·         USPS Priority Flat Rate (if offered) may not be available for combined shipping if we are unable to safely pack and fit all items in box. 

·         Michigan Sales Tax applies to Michigan Residents and orders shipped to Michigan Addresses.

EXCEPTIONS:

o   Orders with cleared payment received after our normal business hours WILL be processed on the following scheduled business day.

o   Orders with cleared payment received within 1 hour of our normal closing time MAY be processed the following scheduled business day.

o   Orders received on Major US Holidays WILL be processed the following business day.

o   International orders MAY require an additional two (2) business days to process and ship.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:

·         You are responsible for paying all Customs, Import Duty, Tax and any Brokerage or Related Fees which may be collected by your country when the parcel arrives.  These charges Are Not Included in the item price or shipping cost.

·         Please check with your Countries Customs Office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

·         We will declare the Exact Purchase Price as the value of goods when completing the customs declaration.

·         We will not check the "Gift" box, nor under declare the value of goods as this would be fraud.

·         We have no control over International delivery times or if your order is delayed in Customs.

·         USPS Priority Flat Rate (if offered) may not be available for combined shipping if:

o   We are unable to safely pack and fit all items of order in box.

o   Box weight exceeds maximum weight allowed for that service.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY:

Most items may be returned within 14 days provided the following:

·         Item(s) must be in original as shipped condition (in most cases this includes not used and not installed condition) and original packaging for a merchandise credit.

·         Return shipping will be paid by buyer.  

·         If there is a listing error or pick error for shipping, you may be eligible for a credit to your Pay-Pal account. 

·        If you need to return an item, please contact us through eBay for specific return instructions and RMA (Return Material Authorization) number.  

·         No returns will be accepted without an RMA.
