You are viewing a good working and tested OMC 800 lower unit. The unit will work with the 5.7 5.0 and 3.8 set ups. The oil was free of water or metal shaving when drained. Did a pressure test and is holding up pressure fine, also shifts and turns smooth in forward and reverse. The cable was still working but has some damage on the ends. Fiat previews the 500X small crossover
Thu, 05 Jul 2012Fiat gave an unexpected sneak preview of a crossover variant of its 500 minicar. The model, which will be called the 500X, will go on sale in Europe in early 2014 and shortly after in North America. Fiat brand global boss Olivier Francois showed a full-size styling model of the 500X during the media launch on the 500L small minivan in Turin, Italy, on July 4.
Parents ignoring school run safety rules
Fri, 16 May 2014MORE THAN a third of parents who drive their children to school think it is acceptable to stop or park on school safety zigzag lines, with a quarter admitting to doing so, according to research from AXA Car Insurance. Furthermore, 88% of school-run parents have witnessed fellow motorists stopping in the restricted zigzag area at least once a week. Zigzag lines prohibit waiting, parking or stopping for any reason during school run times, and yet only 17% of adults in the survey knew that.
