Used working power trim pump valve body
Brand:Prestolite Country/Region of Manufacture:United States

Good USED power trim pump valve body built by Prestolite; new ones are probably Chinese knock-off's. Fits OMC trim/tilt pumps from the  early 1970's; was used on some 2-cylinder Johnson/Evinrude models until 1988.  Also used on 1960's to early 1980's Chrysler 3-cyl and 4-Cyl rated 70 to 140 HP.  Also the follow-on Force 3-cyl  4-cyl and 5-cyl. motors 1980's to late 90's. Will not fit the later Force-by-Mercury narrow-body pumps. Salvaged from pump assembly with cracked housing that was hanging off the outboard; my outboard shop swapped on a replacement trim pump assembly. Customer's loss is your gain; my price on this good used part is half of what a new one is going for on the board.

Check my FB and bid with confidence. Please Ask-a-Question if you have any, well, questions about this item; I'm here to help you get your boat up & running for cheap dough. Thanks for looking.

pic is facsimile of equivalent new item; this item is fully operational and ready to bolt on and run. If this is the only part you need, why pay more to repair your used outboard?

Suzuki Swift SZ-L launched

Wed, 02 Sep 2009

Suzuki has launched a new Limited Edition Swift - the Suzuki Swift SZ-L The SZ-L is designed to offer a more economical option to the usual 1.5 litre lump, and substitutes it with a 1.3 litre, 93bhp engine from the Swift GL, which delivers 0-60mph in 11.0 seconds, 48.7 mpg and CO2 emissions of 140g/km which isn’t actually too shoddy. To make this limited edition SZ-L, Suzuki are throwing in a few tweaks and some toys to make the package more appealing. You get AirCon, a choice of new metallic colours, some extra chrome bits and an upgrade or two for the interior.

Range Rover 4.4 TDV8 Review & Road Test (2011 MY) part 2

Sat, 04 Dec 2010

Range Rover 4.4 TDV8 - interiors get no better As we said when we reviewed the 3.6 Range Rover recently, you really can’t compare the Range Rover to anything else, and certainly not to any other SUV. Probably the best comparison is with cars like the Bentley Mulsanne or the Rolls Royce Ghost. That might seem a bit daft – after all, they’re huge, luxury saloons, not SUVs – but really, it’s the only valid comparison.
