Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from USA SuperSale, return it to us within 30 days of receipt of your order for a full refund (less original shipping charges). All returns or exchanges must be received in their original new condition in order to receive refund or proper exchange. Please contact us before returning item, so we can issue a RMA number for the return along with shipping instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once the product is received at our warehouse we will issue a refund for the merchandise amount plus any applicable sales tax. Damage Policy
Once shipped, the item is out of USA SuperSale's control and is the responsibility of the carrier. If shipment damage occurs enroute to buyer a claim will be filed by USASuperSale upon notification by seller. In order for the claim to be valid, the buyer must keep both item and box for presentation to their local postal authorities for damage verification. Buyer must also present clear visible photos via email to USA SuperSale for the claim process. Damage verification photos must be received by USA SuperSale within 72 hours of package receipt in order to process any claims.
