Shipping Policy:

Please allow 1 day for processing. We ship within 2-3 business days (NOT including weekends or holidays) and offer combined shipping. If your purchase of multiple items exceeds $50.00, we will ship free. We ship free within the 48 contiguous states (this excludes Alaska, Hawaii and other US territories). We welcome international bidders and have the Global Shipping Program available. When shipping anywhere other than the 48 contiguous states, shipping prices will be calculated and vary by the buyer’s location. If you would like to upgrade shipping, please feel free to contact us before making your purchase.

 

Return Policy:

We offer a 14 day return, refund and/or exchange after receiving your product. Prior authorization is required. Items returned without prior authorization will be refused and no refund will be issued. Products are guaranteed to be the item pictured in the listing. If the item you purchase turns out to be useless to you for any reason, you may return it within 14 days, unless stated otherwise in the listing. We make no claims as to how or if they will work for your application. Item must be in the same condition that it was shipped. Once the product is mounted, used or altered in any other way it is not returnable, refundable or exchangeable. ALL electrical products are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable. All packaging, packaging materials and invoices must be included when returning a product. Once we receive the returned product, a refund will be issued within 48 hours. All shipping and handling charges are the responsibilities of the buyer.  We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and will do everything possible to maintain this.
