Within Canada and the US

Items are shipped with Purolator ground service. Delivery is 1 to 15 business days (from Orillia Ontario, to the furthest point).

• Alaska, Hawaii, NWT, Yukon, Nunavut and Newfoundland Labrador please contact Pride first to get a shipping quote.
• We CANNOT deliver to P.O., APO or FPO Boxes, and require a FULL physical street address.
• Upgraded shipping is available, please contact us prior to purchasing to get quote of cost.

• Shipping insurance is not mandatory, however it is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.

International Shipping

• We Ship Internationally with Purolator ground service, unless requested otherwise.  Please email us with your FULL SHIPPING ADDRESS before purchasing product to get a quote.

NOTE:

Pride Marine Group will not be held responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during shipping. Purolator is a very reliable courier and damage is very rare, but accidents do occur, and it is in your best interest to insure your package!

 

• If you purchase an item and it is the wrong size or you do not want it for some other reason, it will be your responsibility to send it back at your cost, and you will not be refunded your original shipping cost. If this is the case we must be notified within 24 hours of you receiving the product that you will be returning it.
• If you are returning the item due to a mistake on our part, we will cover all costs of returning the product and getting the correct product back to you.

If you are planning to return the product for any reason you must make contact through partscentral(at)pridemarinegroup(dot)com with your Name, Invoice # and the Reason for return. Once we receive this we will reply with a Return Authorization number (RA#) and instructions for returning the product.
