Up for your consideration is a factory GM (OEM) Kelsey-Hayes 15" x 8" AZ Corvette Rally Wheel. Please note that this auction is for a single wheel ONLY (I no longer have the others that made this set). These wheels were factory installed (or optional equipment) on all 1969-1982 Chevrolet Corvettes. Date codes on this wheel are as follows: K 17 8 (Valve-Stem) 19 AZ Dated: August 19th, 1977 The wheel is in excellent condition and has been professionally sandblasted and sprayed in epoxy primer... its ready for fresh paint and use! Please examine the photos carefully and ask any questions you have prior to bidding. Packaging, handling and shipping will be a flat fee of $38 within the lower-48 states. Pickup at my home in central Pennsylvania would also be an option. No international sales or shipping is offered.

Hyundai PassoCorto coming to Geneva
Fri, 21 Feb 2014Hot on the tailpipes of the Kia GT4 Stinger's debut in Detroit comes word of an even racier-looking two-seater from parent company Hyundai – the PassoCorto. Built by and for Gen Y car enthusiasts, the PassoCorto was styled by 16 students in the Master's program of transportation design at the Istituto Europeo Design (IED) in Turin. The students were tasked by Hyundai Design Center Europe with making “…the car that would be on top of their list for buying and driving.” We don't know any Gen Ys who could fork over close to $60,000 for a car, the cost of the similarly-sized Alfa 4C, but we know plenty who would like to have one.

Men 'twice as likely to fall asleep while driving'
Fri, 17 Jan 2014MEN ARE more than twice as likely to fall asleep at wheel while driving and almost half (45%) admit to having experienced 'warning nods' while driving. One in 14 drivers surveyed by safety charity Brake said they had actually fallen asleep when driving, while 45% of men said they had continued to drive despite their head nodding through tiredness. For women, the proportion that admitted driving while sleepy was 22%.
