Original Steel 16x4.00 Kelsey Hayes? Solid Disc Rim For Slat Grill Willys Jeep on 2040-parts.com

The following info should be read with the following understanding ... I am not an expert on these solid rims, and the information regarding them. I have done some research, and what follows is true to the best of my understanding.
This is the original 4 inch solid disc rim that came on the Willys slat grill jeeps. It's in pretty nice shape, but not perfect. I took pictures of the light damage areas.
I'm not sure what year this is ... from the research I've done, I expected to see a two digit year stamp near the '2' (see close-up pic), but I don't see any. I don't see the Kelsey Hayes stamp either, but these are the 90 degree rims that KH made, and not the 45 degree that you would find for the Motor Wheel rims.
The rim was sandblasted and has white primer.
If you know about these rims, view the pics and make your own determinations. If you are not an 'expert' but want original, correct rims for your slat grill, I can send you links that cover the subject matter.

The Country Tourer is a soft-roader version of the Insignia Sports Tourer estate model and has an added 30mm of ground clearance, as well as front and rear underbody protection to help on rough tracks. A total of 2,264,737 new cars were registered in 2013 - a 10.8% rise on the 2012 figure and the best annual total since the pre-recession year of 2007, the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT) said. The 2013 total was boosted by a 23.76% rise, to nearly 153,000, in sales in December - the 22nd successive month of increases.
