·       All returned merchandise are to be tested and inspected according to reasons/ claims why it is being returned before any decisions will be made.

·       All returned merchandise must be in original factory carton, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all other accessories (i.e. screws, bass knobs, plastic coverings, protective films, etc.) Failure to meet any of these requirements will result in a higher restocking fee or denial of return request. 

·       All DOA (Dead on Arrival)/ Defective items must be reported within 48 hours after receiving the item via Ebay email . 

·       Our items are FREE SHIPPING when sending the item back to us you will be refunded less 10% for the shipping cost and purchase price of the product.
