They look to be in good used condition, other than the area on the outer half that has been machined for additional clearance to the hub.
This is not a problem, but please see the photos and decide if they're right for you.
There is one right and one left hand caliper in this pair.

Wilwood - Superlite 2 Caliper with Thermlock Pistons
The
billet SL2 caliper incorporates Wilwood's latest technology in a
conventional 3.50" centered lug mount design. This caliper series has been structurally designed for high
clamping efficiency and low deflection in a body width compatible with
all wide 5 and 5 x 5 style hubs. It is a direct replacement for all
other Superlite style calipers.
