What is PATS?    PATS Stands for "Passive Anti Theft System".


PATS is the anti theft part of the Mustang's engine computer that requires pairing of the ecu, speedo cluster, steering column and car key to each other.


Having PATS turned on Means you have to have all of those items present in your Coyote swap project to allow the engine to be started.


Sometimes even if you do have all of those items, present and plugged in correctly, the system will fault into theft lock and you will have to have the system reprogrammed by a Ford Dealer.


-Will this lock me into any one tuning software like Diablo or SCT? 
NO!


-Will tuning the PCM with software undo this PATS delete?

In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option. No refund on deposits or unwanted special order parts or special "cut" items.

Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refunded. You have 14 days to return a part for any reason other than failure, to process the return you must contact us within the 14 day period to obtain a RMA number (return material authorization). This is the latest Porsche 911 GT3 RSR, the 2011 version of the famed German sports car company’s range-topping GT racer. The 911 GT3 RSR’s 4.0-litre flat-six engine now produces 449bhp (five whole horses more than the 2010 version) thanks to ECU tweaks, a redesigned exhaust system and a modified air intake housing. Maximum engine revs are a stratospheric 9400rpm, of course it’s rear-wheel drive, and the gearbox is a six-speed sequential unit.
