This Racing CDI DOES NOT have an RPM limiter installed, which would otherwise restrict a rider's maximum RPM, now allowing riders to extend their maximum RPM's far beyond that of a stock CDI's. There are a lot of performance CDI's on out there, but this is the one Scooters To Go recommends. We typically see top speed gains of 1-3 MPH, and recognizable acceleration increases, especially in the higher RPM's. This CDI also has an LED indicator light which illuminates every time a signal is sent to the spark plug. Not only is this a cool little addition to add style, but it also helps in troubleshooting an ignition or spark issue. This CDI can be installed on both 50cc and 150cc engines that use an AC ignition system, which the majority of scooters have. To find out if you have an AC system, look at the connector pins of your CDI and compare them to the images below. If you have a 5-wire connector, you have a DC CDI, and if you have a 6-wire connector, you have an AC CDI. The connectors for AC and DC systems will look the same, so ensure that you have six wires/pins prior to purchasing. Part Dimensions (L x W x H): 3.0 x 1.5 x 1.25 inches. Unveiled at this week’s Los Angeles motor show, the all-new Sebring will come with the choice of either a Volkswagen-sourced 2.0-litre 140bhp turbo diesel fourpot or Chrysler’s own 189bhp 2.7-litre V6 petrol engine, hooked up to six-cog automatic or manual boxes. Chrysler’s engineers claim that roof down, the new convertible is two and a half times stiffer than its predecessor, which is just as well as the previous model – which was sold in minute quantities here back in 2001 – had all the torsional rigidity of a wet bath sponge.

It sounds a lot, but in terms of worldwide car sales it’s a drop in the ocean. Still, it’s an important milestone nonetheless.
2013 Mazda3 MPS & revised Mazda 3 range prices
Wed, 03 Oct 2012Mazda has revealed the 2013 Mazda3 MPS hot hatch and announced it is adding the Tamura and Venture to the standard range. The 2013 Mazda3 MPS gets some small titivations (although you do need to look quite hard – there’s even fewer changes than the regular 2012 Mazda3) with some new tail light graphics, a new gunmetal finish for the 18″ alloys and a black Mica finish for the trim at the bottom of the back bumper, door mirrors and inner roof spoiler. Fortunately, Mazda has kept the peppy 2.3 litre turbo petrol that offers 256bhp and can scuttle the little Mazda to 62mph in 6.1 seconds.
