The classic embroidered pilot's wings. Bright yellow gold thread used. Profiled with a laser cut border. All threads are color fast. This patch has a heat seal adhesive, (Iron on glue) on the back for ease of application. Let the world know you are a pilot, past or present. Be proud of your accomplishment. Size of patch/applique is 3/4 inches high and 2 5/8 inches wide. Two wings to the lot. We also have these wings in the classic metallic gold thread and a classic metallic silver thread. Only yesterday a Cars UK reader posed the question “Where’s the Victoria Beckham Special Edition Range Rover?’. We said we thought it was too early for a Special Edition Evoque, but we’d get the VB edition eventually to get some mileage out of the tie in with Mrs Goldenballs at some point.

The new supercar – which makes the 12C look obsolete – is in production now, and will cost punters around £195,000 for the coupe. A folding hard-top spider will also be available, for around £215,000. In a strategy reminiscent of Aston Martin’s continuous improvement of the DB9 and its transformation into the Vanquish, McLaren has revamped the carbonfibre 12C with 25% new parts.
