FOR SALE IS A USED POLARIS 1050CC ENGINE COMPLETE AS SHOWN


I'm a former Polaris dealer and I'm clearing out my warehouse of all remaining parts inventory. All parts removed have been done carefully and professionally.  I'm a very upfront and honest seller, so I always go into great detail about the products I sell and/or include many pictures.

This motor was removed from a perfectly running 1998 Polaris SLTX 1050 watercraft.  The motor is in very good usable condition with no known defects.
  
The compression test shows good compression on all 3 cylinders:

Cylinder #1 (mag) - 130psi
Cylinder #2 (mid) - 130psi
Cylinder #3 (pto) - 125psi

You can view a you tube video showing the actual engine compression test being performed on the motor prior to it's removal. 

                               


Everything shown attached to the engine is included in the sale.  I'm including a lot more components than other sellers.  IE:  Ignition Stator, Flywheel, Flywheel Cover, Reeds/Cages, Oil Pump, Water Manifold, Driveshaft Coupler, Starter, Engine Cradle, etc.  Please review all the photos and email me with questions. I can provide additional photos if needed. 


This engine has been crated and ready for pick up.  I can offer delivery for an additional fee to the Southern California area.  I can also deliver to Las Vegas, Laughlin, NV. Parker or Lake Havasu, AZ.  as I travel to these locations often during the spring and summer.

Daimler, Renault-Nissan in talks on fuel cell

German automaker Daimler AG is talking to partners Renault SA and Nissan Motor Co. about working together on fuel cell technology, the German automaker's head of research and development told Reuters in an interview. "Fuel cell technology is also electric so it could make a lot of sense to join forces also in this field," Thomas Weber, board member for r&d at the maker of Mercedes-Benz and Smart cars, said at the Shanghai auto show.

Toyota FT-1Concept revealed – it’s a new Toyota Supra Toyota teased us with a concept photo back in December that looked like it was previewing a Supra for the 21st century, and it’s been revealed today at the Detroit Auto Show as the Toyota FT-1 Concept. The FT-1 Concept is the result of Toyota’s Calty design studio in California to create the ultimate sports car and, say Toyota, is a strikingly modern design that makes reference to past Toyotas like the  2000GT from the 1960s. Toyota aren’t making any claims for the FT-1′s powertrain yet (FT stands for ‘Future Toyota’ and the ’1′ the ultimate) and comes with a front engine/ rear wheel drive configuration, with a cockpit set back within the wheelbase and wraparound screen.

Previously such systems have been the preserve of sports cars and performance-orientated hatchbacks, and definitely not off-roaders. CAR Online has tested the SST system in the new Evo X and been impressed by the speed and quality of the gearchange.
