We GUARANTEE
the product to be new and free of manufacturer defects for 6 months for
the original purchaser only. If you have a problem with the product you
should contact us through eBay
and include the original purchase information ( i.e. your name,
address, email and purchase receipt number). All of our products pass a
rigorous inspection before shipment to insure that they are completely
functional and free of any damage. If
the product is damaged in shipment or is not in working order for some
reason upon delivery, we will make it right (see damage policy below). PROMARK OFFROAD Winches carry a 6 Month Product Warranty for the Original Purchaser Only. This warranty excludes cables/synthetic ropes and roller/hawse fairleads. Warranty claims will be serviced through repair or replacement and replacement parts will supplied to fulfill warranty claims when appropriate. The customer is responsible for all warranty repair/replacement/parts shipment costs.

Damage
and Return Policy Damage Policy - If you receive a product that is
damaged in shipment please contact us immediately. We can file a damage
report with the shipping company and make arrangements to resolve the
damage. Any and all damage must be documented with photos of the damage
(this is required to file a claim with the shipping company) and
emailed to us within 3 days of delivery. |

| We accept AUTHORIZED returns on UNUSED products for 30 days after you
receive your product. Unused means that the product has not be
assembled or used in any way. All returns are subject to a 15%
restocking fee. The customer is responsible for returning the product
in new, resalable condition. Returns must arrive unused in original
packaging, complete with all accessories and user manuals. If any
original parts, accessories, documentation or packaging are used,
damaged or missing, a 50% restocking fee will be charged. The customer
is responsible for paying all costs for return shipping and insurance.
Items that have been installed or used will not be accepted for
return/refund. Please allow up to 7 business days after we receive the
returned item to process your refund. Unauthorized Returns- Items returned without authorization or items on which the customer refuses delivery are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Items that are returned damaged, used or not in original packaging will be subject to a 50% restocking fee. |

Mon, 23 Sep 2013BMW's latest internal reshuffle has seen Domagoj Dukec appointed as head of exterior design, Martina Starke as head of color and material design and Oliver Heilmer as head of interior design. Dukec, a Pforzheim graduate, has previously worked for Volkswagen and Citroën where he played a key role in developing a new Citroën aesthetic with the C4 coupé, C5 Airscape, C5 (Mark II), Hypnos and GQ Concept. Since moving to BMW's exterior design team in 2010 he has been credited with the design of the Concept Active Tourer.

The covers will be whisked off this concept car at the Detroit Motor Show in January 2007 proving that, finally, Jaguar is throwing off its stuffy image after years of safe, retro-styled saloons. Although this tightly cropped teaser shot doesn't reveal the whole car, it's plain to see that the new S-type will look forwards, not over its shoulder at the famous saloons in Jag's potted history.
