This kit fits only the Pontiac Solstice NA and Saturn Sky NA Cars.
This is a high flow unit intended to increase performance. It is not a factory replacement. This product was designed for off road use In NY and CA. This converter is not CARB Certified. In most cases this will not turn the Check Engine Light on but in some cases a tune may be required to keep the light off. DescriptionAs with all of our products, we have spent a lot of time, energy and testing on our free catalytic converter. Our CATs are a full stainless steel converter. The externals are stainless steel with laser cut stainless flanges and the internals are a stainless wound 200 cell coil converter. We are able to keep the engine light off with our converter, we decided to go with a 5″ internal wound coil. Most manufactures of this type of converter only make it 3″ or 3½” long.NA Cat: Stats: • These converters are not CARB certified for the Solstice and Sky, A tune is recommended for maximum results. • They are technically for off road use only. Drivers' 'huge petrol tax burden'
Mon, 03 Mar 2014BRITISH DRIVERS are still facing a huge petrol and diesel tax burden despite three years of fuel duty freezes, according to the RAC Foundation. The UK has the highest rate of diesel tax in Europe while only Sweden imposes a higher petrol tax duty than the UK, the foundation said. Its figures showed that tax accounts for 59% of the price of diesel in the UK, with Sweden (56%) second and Italy (55%) third.
