• If items are shipped with signature confirmation, check item for shipping damages before signing. If item has shipping damage sign "Damaged" and file insurance claim with shipper carrier immediately

• Due to different production lots, the same color code part from the same manufacturer may not always match exactly. We cannot guarantee color match and don't accept returns for this reason.

• We take multiple pictures in an attempt to clearly portray the general color and condition of the item.

• Should your item be damaged in shipping, we will accept the return, but please provide photographs of the damages to the packaging and the item.
