I can repair, restore, or re-key your locks, handles and ignition cylinders. I can also re-key your mismatched locks and handles to match your master or valet key. All restoration and repairs are by estimate only. A quote cannot be given without visual evidence of the extent of damage to lock assemblies. You must purchase an estimate for anything other than a basic re-key or basic repair. You will receive a $5.01 credit toward your services, when full payment is received for any work done.

All work is by estimate, and does require that the buyer mail in his/her locks/handles for repair. 
Turnaround time is 1-2 weeks for re-key or basic maintenance services; 2-4 weeks for restoration services; 6-7 weeks for re-chroming and full restoration. Return shipping will be by, U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail Flat Rate Shipping with insurance and tracking, in the United States. International Requests will vary by country and require U.S. Registered/Insured Mail dependent upon availability.

CAFE standards set to rise to 54.5 mpg for 2025

President Barack Obama on Friday revealed ambitious plans to raise the corporate average fuel economy standard for cars and light trucks to 54.5 mpg by the 2025 model year, a landmark move that will dramatically remake carmakers' product portfolios and consumers' buying habits. Unlike the first CAFE standards passed by Congress in 1975, the Detroit automakers now publicly support the high requirements and have begun retooling their fleets to adapt the changes. “[This] represents the single most important step we've ever taken as a nation to reduce our dependence on foreign oil,” Obama said in a morning press conference.

THE NEW Porsche 911 Turbo Cabriolet has been revealed ahead of its launch at the Los Angeles Motor Show. The model takes a largely familiar format to modals that have gone before it, but this time the German firm is releasing two Turbo models at the same time. The 513bhp Turbo Cabriolet will be the entry point to the forced-induction 911 duo, starting at £126,766 before options.

Gar Wood's Miss America VIII race boat to be auctioned in Florida

Famed boat racer Gar Wood's two-time Harmsworth Trophy-winning race boat, Miss America VIII, will be offered at Mecum's Kissimmee Auction on Jan. 28 in Kissimmee, Fla. Wood piloted the boat to the Harmsworth Trophy in 1929 and 1931, the latter event witnessed by more than 600,000 people gathered on the shores of the Detroit River to watch.
