Porter Cable 7424XP Variable Speed Polisher

This more rugged 4.5 amp polisher has 100-percent ball bearing construction. The spiral and bevel gearing provides for smooth operation and efficient transfer of power. A variable speed dial sets the orbit rate between 2,500 and 6,800 orbits per minute - that's a 13% higher peak speed than the original Porter Cable 7424! Thanks to the higher orbit rate and the 4.5 amp motor, the Porter Cable 7424XP Polisher is capable of removing swirls, oxidation, and scratches at a faster rate. Even though this polisher is great for polishing, its safe, orbital motion is perfect for wax and paint sealant application. This machine works with all the same pads and backing plates as the original Porter Cable 7424. The polisher includes a wrench, counterweight, and operating manual.

Dual Action 5 Inch HD Hook & Loop Backing Plate

This material is flexible yet incredibly durable. This plate will last through countless, rigorous uses without falling apart or becoming unbalanced. These pad are great for the Porter Cable 7424 because it has a generous lip. Even if you turn the pad onto its side accidentally, there is an inch of soft, beveled urethane between the edge of the plate and the inner construction. The backing plate has a 5/16 inch thread.

2 CCS 6.5 inch White Polishing Foam Pad

High absorption foam formula for the application of waxes, micro-fine polishes and sealants. This pad has very light cutting power so its perfect for pre-wax cleaners.

2 CCS 6.5 inch Black Finishing Foam Pad

Least abrasive. Composition is firm enough to withstand added pressure during final finishing to remove buffer swirls. Use with machine glaze or finishing polish. Ultra-soft and incredible for a putting on that finishing touch.

1 CCS Blue 6.5 Inch Finessing Foam Pad 

Flat pad has soft composition for applying glaze, finishing polish, sealants, and liquid waxes. Flat pad provides full contact with paint surface to minimize the pressure applied by the user.

2 Cobra White Microfiber Towels (16 x 16 inches)

Super soft and absorbent, these 70/30 towels are perfect for buffing off waxes, polishes or sealants. Tiny looped fibers polish your paint to a beautiful shine while the woven core absorbs an incredible amount of fluid. These towels have an amazing "grip" to remove even the most stubborn wax residues. Microfiber construction eliminates the risk of micro-marring.

12 oz. Pinnacle XMT Polishing Foam Pad Cleaner

Pinnacle XMT Polishing Pad Cleaner contains a degreasing agent that breaks up oil and eliminates every last trace of residue. Soap (as in dish soap) can leave a residue of its own, so there is no soap in this cleaner. Intense cleaners and degreasers break up oily deposits left by car care products so the pad rinses completely clean. This pad cleaner is ready to use in a convenient pump spray bottle.

12 oz. Pinnacle XMT Polishing Foam Pad Conditioner

Prevention of dry buffing is as easy as misting an unused pad with Pinnacle XMT Polishing Pad Conditioner. It only takes a couple of spritzes to prep the pad for polishing. The rich lubricants instantly penetrate the pad, softening and conditioning the material. Even if the pad has never been used, it will glide across the paint like you’re halfway through the detail session.
