Audi Audi has confirmed it will begin production of a premium compact crossover Q1 model in 2016 to rival the MINI Countryman and Nissan Juke. Jaguar continues to keep interest in the new F-Type piqued with video comparing the sound of the V6 and V8 F-Type. The latest Jaguar marketing magic comes courtesy of a short video with a pair of F-Types pulling away and accelerating hard; one a V6 supercharged and the other a V8 supercharged. We don’t know whether the V6 is the 340PS base F-Type or the 380PS F-Type S, but it makes a fine noise.

Richard Petty Driving Experience says you can skip the clutch pedal

With manual transmissions being phased out of everything from Fords to Ferraris, it's no surprise that beginning on Thursday, the Richard Petty Driving Experience will no longer require the use of a clutch pedal to learn how to drive a stock car. With the company's "Can't Drive a Manual? No Problem" campaign, the driving school will allow students to get behind the wheel of a stocker and be push-started so no shifting will be required.
