The RAC Foundation calls for Road Charging. According to RAC Foundation Director Stephen Glaister, a predicted 33% increase in traffic by 2025 and a reduction in road building schemes and cuts in general make a  pay as you go system the answer to congested roads. Nissan Murano lineup will get a convertible

In a move certain to divide consumers into love-it/hate-it groups, Nissan Motor Co. will introduce a convertible version of its Murano crossover next year. The crossover, which already has a polarizing bulky rear-end design, will be offered as a two-door with a droptop, company officials confirm.
