This kit contains everything you need for a Standard rebuild of the Coolcharger, Dinan, Ford Motorsport or Powerdyne BD-550, BD-600, BD-10, BD-11, BD-11A, O2 Force BD-100, or B&M BD-12 superchargers, but with a stronger belt than the competitors! Stock belt retainers can be included for $8 (indicate at time of purchase) OR add $20 for the upgraded retainers (minor machining required to fit stock cogged gear - please inquire, if interested). This auction is for (1) Standard Rebuild kit for Powerdyne which includes: 1 - GATES HTD Heavy-Duty Powergrip Kevlar (better than fiberglass!) 35mm belt included (widest belt that will fit w/o modification), add $10 for aftermarket GT kevlar belt, or add $30 for aftermarket COMP kevlar belt. 2 - KOYO, C3, double sealed, deep groove, chrome-steel, for Impeller/Output shaft (26K nom - 36K peak). 2 - KOYO, C3, double sealed, deep groove, chrome-steel, for Input shaft (18K nom - 28K peak). Good news for British car factories
Thu, 29 May 2014NEW FIGURES have revealed that UK-based car production raced ahead in April, resulting in the biggest monthly rise since July 2012. A total of 133,437 cars were made in the UK last month – a 21.3% increase on the April 2013 figure, the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT) said. The excellent April figures took the year-so-far total to 538,240 – a 6.9% rise on the figure for January-April 2013.

Mon, 17 Aug 2009Peugeot has finally released details of the Peugeot RCZ, which will launch at Frankfurt Despite our previous criticisms that the Peugeot RCZ looked like a clone of the old Audi TT, we think it’s a great looking car. It’s a real statement of intent to push Peugeot more towards the ‘Sporty’ and leave Citroen to do the ‘Luxury’. And it looks set to cost less than £20k (as a starting point) when it finally goes on sale next Spring after an official reveal at Frankfurt next month.
