This is a new Master Overhaul kit for an aluminum case powerglide transmission. Each kit consists of the following: 6 Alto Red Eagle High Performance frictions (.098") and 6 .070 steels for high gear (not 5 like some cheaper kits), 5 Raybestos frictions and 5 Raybestos steels for reverse, Complete gasket set featuring the black composite pan gasket (not cork...and it also comes with valve body gaskets for the popular "bracket" brakes), Complete sealing ring kit, that include TEFLON sealing rings for the pump and input shaft, 4 piece bushing set that consists of a new front pump bushing, rear case bushing, tailhousing bushing and a special TEFLON lined bushing for your high gear drum.
