  • Mud-repellant foam can be used on any surface where you don't want mud to accumulate such as under fenders, skid plates, even helmet visors
  • Tests showed that an ATV can collect over 300 lb. of mud and a motorcycle over 100 lb. in a single race; that weight slows you down and affects stamina and control
  • Cut-to-fit foam with a unique adhesive sticks to powersports plastic, can be used for more than one race, even powerwashed and then easily removed
  • Keep it on hand to be prepared for muddy conditions
  • Kit includes enough foam for one ATV or two motorcycles

Jaguar Land Rover profits up 34 per cent to £1.5 billion

Tue, 29 May 2012

Just four years after Tata took over what looked like a basket case in Jaguar Land Rover, profits have hit £1.5 billion. It’s become the norm for Jaguar Land Rover to report ever improving profits and sales, but the news that JLR made profits of £1.5 billion in the year to end of March 2012 is still amazing. Ford sold Jaguar and Land Rover to Tata four years ago as it unwound its faltering luxury car brands, and as recently as 2009 JLR were almost begging for government help to keep going.

Tata is leading JLR bidder

Thu, 03 Jan 2008

By Ben Pulman Motor Industry 03 January 2008 13:16 Ford looks set to sell Jaguar/Land Rover (JLR) to Tata. In a statement to JLR workers today, Ford of Europe chairman Lewis Booth said: ‘Ford is committed to focused negotiations at a more detailed level with Tata Motors concerning the potential sale of the combined Jaguar Land Rover business.’ This is the first time that Ford has publicly revealed the identity of any bidder for JLR.   JLR has been up for sale since June 2007, and other potential bidders include rival Indian vehicle maker Mahindra Group and private finance group One Equity fronted by former Ford CEO Jac Nasser. Tata itself already owns a few famous names, including Tetley Tea and Corus (formerly British Steel).
