Here is 1 each of PRATT WHITNEY P/N: PWA1477 INDICATOR, TOP DEAD CENTER in NEW & UNUSED SURPLUS condition. This "SPECIAL" INDICATOR can be used on all PRATT WHITNEY series engines. A mechanical indicator for determining the top dead position of a piston in a cylinder. Insert the ball end through the spark plug bushing, and screw the knurled indicator adapter firmly into the bushing. Set indicator in the adapter by turning it until the arrow points towards the top of cylinder, and the indicating gage is parallel to vertical center line of the cylinder. The normal position of the pointer is at top of the gage. As the piston rises in cylinder against the ball, the pointer is moved. The ball end is adjustable for different engines by loosening the slotted nut with key provided, and sliding the ball end to position desired. A really good tool to have in your stow away kit on board aircraft. Ferrari sold for record £22 million
Fri, 15 Aug 2014A RARE FERRARI has been sold at auction for a record price of £22.84 million. One of just 39 models made and regarded as one of the greatest Ferraris, the 1962 Ferrari 250 GTO Berlinetta went under the hammer at Bonhams' auction in Carmel, California. A huge crowd watching the bidding broke into applause at the confirmation of the final price, which outdid the previous record for a car sold at auction.
