Lights are 8 inch rounds and are in working condition. This is a custom made light bar. It mounts to the bumper bracket. This prevents excessive bouncing. You will need to purchase your own mounting hardware. I am selling because I no longer have a place to sandblast or repaint. To buy new, you would be looking at spending around 500 dollars.
