You may return merchandise purchased from Coast National Sales for a refund or a replacement, provided that the procedures and requirements are followed. All returns require to begin a claim within 14 days.

Shipping Policy

The default shipping rate and method listed are for residential or commercial destinations within the continental 48 United States (PO Boxes not included).

All items will be shipped to the confirmed PayPal address only which was submitted to clear payment.

Additional shipping fees are required for all other locations including, but not limited to:

• PO Boxes, APO/FPO locations, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Canada and other countries outside the UA

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any and all customs, import duties, brokerage fees, and taxes. They are not included in the item price or stated shipping charges. We are not responsible for any excess charges.

All emails are answered Monday through Friday during normal PSD business hours.

Please note that Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays are not business days.
