Donato Coco announced as new Ferrari Design Chief

Donato Coco has been appointed as Ferrari's new Chief Designer, starting November 14. It is a move that fills the void left by Frank Stephenson, who earlier this year moved to head the Fiat, Lancia and Light Commercial Vehicles styling center. "Coco will have the job of stimulating and directing the creativity of Ferrari's partners, which in terms of styling include our historic partnership with Pininfarina," Ferrari said.

Volvo XC60 R-Design revealed

Volvo has released details of an R-Design version of the XC60 Still, more power isn’t everyone’s cup of tea – particularly at the moment – but many buyers like a bit of ‘butchness’ in their cars. The i-Flow concept previews a possible future contender in the D-segment from Korean automaker Hyundai. With an overall length of 4780mm, 1850mm width and 1420mm height, the concept has an imposing aesthetic. Also known as the HED-7, the i-Flow is the seventh in a series of concept cars created under the direction of Chief Designer Thomas Buerkle at Hyundai's European design studio in Russelsheim, Germany.
