So Henrik Fisker's announcement that he would build the "the world's first luxury plug-in hybrid" was met with some cynicism as he stood next to his Fisker Karma concept at the 2008 NAIAS in Detroit. Thu, 17 Mar 2011Chrysler Group LLC wants a federal judge to halt sales of its "Imported From Detroit" T-shirts or other merchandise in a trademark infringement lawsuit filed against Detroit retailer Pure Detroit and its co-owners in U.S. District Court. This week the automaker filed suit against Moda Group LLC, which operates Pure Detroit's three stores selling Detroit-branded merchandise.
