Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution not dead, yet

Perhaps as a reward to the public for buying its Mirage,* Mitsubishi has disclosed that it will not, in fact, kill off the gravel road-loving Lancer Evolution as soon as we thought. According to Mitsubishi, the Lancer Evolution will -- at the very least -- live out the 2015 model year, with North American-spec cars going into production this July. We're fairly sure it's not going to be a hybrid, either.

Pagani teases new C9 V12 supercar

Pagani has just released a second teaser video that previews its new supercar; currently known by the internal codename C9, the latest rumour doing the rounds is that Pagani has registered the name Huayra for its Zonda successor. Pagani will unveil the new C9/Huayra at the Geneva motor show in March 2011 – it’s powered by a twin-turbo, AMG-developed V12 engine. Freightliner reveals new truck concept [w/video]

Freightliner Trucks has unveiled a new concept vehicle, dubbed the Revolution Innovation Truck, at the 2012 Mid-America Trucking Show. Freightliner has built upon the first Innovation Truck, unveiled in 2009, and has updated the cabin with the latest technologies while keeping the essential day- and night-time functions of the tractor unit. The Revolution Innovation has been aerodynamically optimized, with a sloping hood, low-mounted grille and an integrated, raised over-cab roof.
