HERE IS SCIENTIFIC EXPLANATION OF REM POLISHING

The ISF-Process is a chemically accelerated vibratory mass finishing process patented worldwide by REM Chemicals, Inc, USA.

Any time two metal parts come into contact with each other, the resulting friction causes heat build up. These high temperatures cause wear and over time reduce efficiency and eventually create the need for replacement. By creating a smooth and shiny finish, the ISF Process improves the life and efficiency of moving metal parts. Increased life translates into lower operating costs as well as better performance.

      • The ISF Process removes the asperities that are inherent in the manufacturing process. By safely removing these microscopic peaks, the ISF Process leaves a much more uniform surface that reduces friction and allows for increased lubrication capability. While the dimensional integrity of the part remains intact, the result is an improved component that will operate at lower temperatures, have increased durability, quieter operation and increased time between maintenance.

Here is the PROFESSIONAL RACERS VERSION OF REM POLISHING

Jaguar considers a sedan to rival the 3-series

Mon, 31 Jan 2011

Jaguar may develop a small sedan to compete with BMW's 3 series--something it tried a decade ago with little success. Adrian Hallmark, Jaguar's new global brand director, says Jaguar is considering a small sports car that could also be offered as a sedan. "We need different models.

Ford preparing fastest ever four-door—in Australia

Mon, 02 Jul 2012

Ford's struggling Australian outpost is set to unleash its fastest-accelerating car yet in the form of a limited- edition version of the four-door Falcon GT Boss 335 sedan running various chassis-based performance enhancements, according to Australian media reports. Known internally at the company's Ford Performance Vehicles division under the code name Panther, the Blue Oval's supersedan is set to run the same supercharged 5.0-liter V8 as the standard Falcon GT Boss 335—itself a locally developed version of the Mustang's 90-degree Coyote unit with unique cylinder heads and renamed Miami. It delivers 449 hp at 5,750 rpm and 420 lb-ft of torque at 2,200 rpm.

Mercedes accidentally publishes the first 2014 Mercedes S-Class photo

Wed, 01 May 2013

The image has since been removed, but not before it escaped in to the wild to give us our first official view of the new S Class, a car which has always set new standards in equipment and safety with each new launch, and the 2014 S Class will be no different. What will be different is the range of models we expect to arrive in the next few years, from standard and long wheelbase S Class through an S Class Coupe, S Class Convertible and a super-luxury S Class Pullman, which will effectively replace Mercedes’ failed Maybach adventure. The new S Class looks less bulbous than its current incarnation, with the bulging rear wheel arches gone and a slimmer look all round.
