Today sees the start of the 2012 Goodwood Festival of Speed with the Moving Motor Show ahead of the weekend’s real petrolhead fun, and McLaren are out in force. Honda unveils UNI-CUB mobility device [w/video]
Wed, 16 May 2012Honda has unveiled its new UNI-CUB personal mobility device, designed to be used in public spaces alongside pedestrians. The UNI-Cub is an evolution of the company's U3-X concept, revealed in 2009, and is designed to give users as much freedom as possible. This has been achieved through the world's first omni-directional driving wheel system – Honda Omni Traction Drive System – as well as balance control technology.
