Nissan Design's Chief Creative Officer Shiro Nakamura met talk-show host Jay Leno in the latest of the ‘Jay Leno's Garage' YouTube series, chatting candidly about the possibility of a new 240Z within the next two years. Caterham to unveil 620 R at Goodwood Festival of Speed

Caterham has launched a new version of the Seven dubbed the 620 R, and it will be shown to the public for the first time this weekend at the Goodwood Festival of Speed. This new Seven uses a 2.0-liter supercharged Ford Duratec engine producing a reported 310 hp. The 620 will make the 0-60 sprint in less than 2.8 seconds and streak all the way up to a top speed of 155 mph.

More than 250 vintage racing cars took to Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca on Aug. 11-12 for what is called the Monterey Motorsports Pre-Reunion. The event was formerly known as the Monterey Pre-Historics, and it serves as a lead-in to the Monterey Motorsports Reunion staged during the Pebble Beach weekend on the Monterey Peninsula.
