BMW PAS concept (2009) teaser video

By Ben Pulman First Official Pictures 30 January 2009 11:15 This is BMW’s first video tease of its new PAS concept, which will be unveiled at the Geneva motor show on 3 March 2009. Unfortunately the video only features cartoon drawings and a narration that explains why BMW boffins think the PAS is a good idea. Worryingly, by the end of the video the PAS actually starts to make (a little) sense.

2014 Nissan GT-R Special Edition priced at $106,590

Nissan is introducing the GT-R Special Edition for 2014, slathered in Midnight opal black paint. Only 50 units will be available in the United States, 100 worldwide. The Special Edition, which is based on the Premium model, gets the unique paint, dry carbon-fiber rear spoiler, and forged aluminum wheels with a “hyper-titanium” coating.

Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse world speed record: Video

We hoped that tease might be for something really interesting and new – perhaps the much rumoured 1600bhp Veyron or even the Galibier –  but it was simply a new world record for an open-topped production car. Impressive, of course, but just more of what we expect from Bugatti, rather than something new and innovative. The new world record for the Vitesse was set at the VW facility at Ehra-Lessien where Chinese driver Anthony Liu took the Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse to 254mph, creating a new world record for an open-topped production car and, more importantly for Bugatti, an excuse to produce a limited run of the Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse WRC Edition with a black and orange paint job for €1.99 million each.
