This is a rare. vintage Operator's Manual for 1946 Ford Passenger Cars, Models 69A and 6GA. It is 8 7/8" x 5 7/8", 41 pages, dated April 1, 1946. It contains information, photos, diagrams & charts, in three sections covering: Sec. I - Controls and Operation Pgs. 4-13 Sec. II - Maintenance, Tires, and Trouble Shooting Pgs. 14-35 Sec. III - Specifications Pgs. 36-41 This manual is in good condition for its age, but does have some wear and condition issues: small tears on front & back cover, and a few pages; smudges and notations by previous owners on front & back cover, and 1st page; some light water stains & dog-earing of some pages; and center page is loose from binding, but all other pages are attached. GM's Henderson: Future rests on Chevy, Cadillac, Buick and GMC
Wed, 21 Jan 2009General Motors will go to market with four core brands in the future: Chevrolet, Cadillac, Buick and GMC. Pontiac will be shrunk "significantly," a senior GM executive told the Automotive News World Congress. GM COO Fritz Henderson said that GM is conducting a strategic review of its Saab and Hummer brands and that the "status quo" for the Saturn brand will not work.
