In 1958 my father sent in $1 and a Wilkins coffee can label for this promotional pair of Jim Henson-designed early Muppets. This pair was well-loved by me and my sister, with a few dirt marks but no tears. This set is rare, a true collector’s item. The National Museum of American History has a pair, of similar condition, in their permanent collection.

Over 500 atttendees included leading automotive designers, design managers and top executives from automakers, independent designers and design studio personnel, as well as Tier 1 and 2 suppliers. This annual competition gives the opportunity for students to submit their work for viewing by a prolific file of judges.

New Volvo V40 gets record-breaking Euro NCAP score
Wed, 29 Aug 2012The new Volvo V40 has been given a 5 Star rating by Euro NCAP, in the process getting the best result ever recorded. If a Volvo can’t get a 5 Star rating in the Euro NCAP tests then Volvo’s USP is in trouble. So the news that the new V40 got a 5 Star rating in the latest round of tests comes as no surprise.
