You will not find this kind of engine often. This is a barn find!

This 302 DZ engine  has NOT been restored/recreated by piecing together parts from different engines that in reality belonged to several different cars. This is a married original assembly! What I mean by this is that the heads, block, crank, rods, rocker arms, carburetor, distributor, intake, etc are a married assembly that were placed together by GM back in the late 1960's as an new production engine according to the prior owner's sworn statement.  With this said, this 302 is more authentic and original than most other 302 DZ engines, more rare, and worth more in value!!

We have a signed statement from the prior owner swearing that he acquired this engine more than 20 years ago after it was taken out of the car it belonged to undisturbed, and has since remained in storage. The engine turns over and does not show any sings of damage that we can find. It seems it could be run "AS IS" but someone could take it down and check it. We can have the engine checked by a qualified machine shop for an additional charge if so desired.

The signed owner history statement we have that is included with this engine states:

"An authentic 302 DZ complete block dated L/10/1968 block casting number 3956618 with VIN stamped next to oil filter housing VIN 19N582430 and assembly code stamped on front block pad VO114DZ.

I swear to the best of my knowledge that this is an authentic original survivor engine has all or most of its original parts that came together from GM in the late 1960's as a married assembly."

We are offering free shipping on this engine to a business address with a fork truck, dock, or hoist. Lift-gate and/or residential deliveries are $250.00.

Ian Callum’s Jaguar Mark 2 goes in to limited production – costs from £350,000

Ian Callum’s Jaguar Mark 2 goes in to limited production Jaguar designer Ian Callum has worked with Classic Motor Cars Limited (CMC) for more than a year to produce his perfect Jaguar Mark 2, and it’s been so well-received it’s going in to limited production. Still looking like a Jaguar MK II – but with a few modern twists – Ian’s car gets integrated bumpers for a smoother look, louvres on the front wings, a set of split-rim wire wheels, an upgraded 4.3 litre XK engine, five-speed manual ‘box, upgraded suspension and brakes and a new interior. To our eyes, the whole car looks incredibly homogeneous and not at all like the ruination of a classic, and that seems to be the feeling of Jaguar lovers round the world.
