By Tim Pollard First Official Pictures 16 July 2014 12:34 Sant’Agata has issued this solitary teaser photograph of the new Lamborghini Huracan Super Trofeo race car, as it undertakes its first shakedown testing. The track Lambo took to the Piero Taruffi Vallelunga circuit in Italy for its latest run-out ahead of its race debut in 2015. The Huracan Super Trofeo will be raced in all three Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo Series in Europe, Asia and North America, where it will rub shoulders with older Gallardo racers.

BMW has released teaser images of the new BMW X1 compact SUV BMW’s offering in this department is the new BMW X1 which is, in many ways, a 1-Series on stilts, although it has components in common with both the 1-Series and the 3-Series. As I’m sure many of you will have seen at the weekend, Clarkson got to play with the Tesla Roadster, an electric sports car based on the Lotus Elise. Made for interesting viewing.
