Up for auction is a Raytheon RL-80C LCD color Radar and Chartplotter. This system was recently removed from a 2002 Sea Ray Sundancer and was in good working order. I removed it to upgrade to a newer system. The system includes the 50" open array radar, the RL-80C Plotter/Display, the GPS RN-300 that feed the data and the GPS antenna. Also included is 5 meters of cable, the books and all the sun shields. The Sea Talk cables and power cables are readily available, as are c-map nav chips. Buyer pays for packaging and actual shipping charges. The system will be packed in 3 separate boxes. Shipping will be calculated based on destination. Volkswagen has started the tease for the Mk 7 Golf R with the new Golf R hidden in a block of ice as a ‘Frozen Beast’ ahead of a Geneva 2013 debut. Now that Volkswagen has the Mk7 Golf in the wild – and the MK 7 VW GTi too – they’re ready to turn the wick up to 11 with the launch of the MK 7 Golf R – or at least the concept version – at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show. And now they’re starting to tease.

Mark Webber achieved his first F1 win in the Red Bull at the German Grand Prix at the Nurburgring Red Bull driver Mark Webber took pole position for the German Grand Prix at the Nurburgring this weekend and, despite a hiccup at the start, managed to translate that in to a double – his first pole and first win in F1. Webber was quick off the line at the start, but got tangled up with Rubens Barrichello in the Brawn. That altercation cost Webber a 10 second drive-through penalty.
