The item being offered is a NEW, RAYMARINE/AIRMAR Model B744V Bronze Thru-hull mounted Tri-ducer, with speed and temperature, in the original Airmar box. The PC is:A66091 and SN:2543628 This unit is 200/50hz dual frequency, 600 watt. It is complete with the fairing block, speed sender insert, blanking insert, installation kit and installation instructions. This unit is compatible with all of the Raymarine DSM 250/30/300/300G/400 and CP300 Digital Depth modules normally used by the C or E - Classic series, as well as the C AND E Wide series displays and the newer/current models using the above DSM modules. Also this transducer is compatible with the earlier hsb2 and hsb depth finders, such as the L1250 and L760 MFD, which connect directly to the display. Anxious parents back tougher learner driver rules
Mon, 11 Nov 2013PARENTS of young people are anxious about their offspring driving - with nearly three quarters in favour of probationary licences being given to new drivers. In a survey conducted ahead of the Government Green Paper on improving young drivers' safety, 82% of those questioned said the thought of their child driving on British roads made them feel anxious. A total of 60% said that was because of their lack of experience.

Sun, 06 Nov 2011Hydrogen powered London Taxi revealed last Summer Over two years ago London Mayor, Boris Johnson, promised we would have a ‘Hydrogen Highway’ in London in time for the 2012 Olympics, with a small fleet of 150 cars, 20 black cabs and 5 buses all running on Hydrogen. He also said that London would have half a dozen hydrogen refuelling stations and, in typically ‘Boris’ style, proclaimed that Britain would become a ‘World Leader in Fuel Cell Technology’ and that one in three cars would be powered by hydrogen by 2020. And although we took Boris’s proclamations with a pinch of salt, we were pleased to see a senior politician seeing the future as something other than plug-in BEVs.
