FAQ :

- Does I need soldering/desoldering ?
No, you need only a screw driver
- How long to replace the LCD ? :
One quarter to 2 hour quarters depending on your training and your ability ; 5 minutes if you trained yourself at home to disassemble/reassemble your unit before purchase.
- Does I need new rubber strips :
No, original ones are of very good quality ; only clean it with a dry cloth if you see humidity. Original ones can be re-used as many time as required.
- Who are you, can I trust you ?
I am an electronic Engineer, involved during 30 years with the France Telecom R&D center, retired now. Great success story and many partnerships with many companies, DSP Group in USA/CA and in Israël, Universite de Sherbrooke in Canada, MPEG-LA in USA/Denver Colorado, NTT in Japan...

- What is the quality of your LCDs ?
My LCDs are of the highest quality grade : 6 months warranty.

- Does I have to pay extra charges as custom fees ?
Customs fees are to be paid by the customer at receipt.
Nevertheless in most countries, no customs are required for low values below ~$100. I cannot assert this definitely, it is only a common experience.
- What difference between Economical (free) shipping and Expedited Mail ?
Delivery time by Economy Mail is between 12 and 21 days, depending on the country. Rarely up to 30 days. Tracked.
Expedited Mail delivery time is usually 10/12 days or less. Tracked.
- Do you ship by Express carriers (UPS, DHL, ChronoPost...) ?
Only on demand : be aware that Express delivery is very quick but also very expensive. In such a case, Customer has always to pay customs, even on a low value, plus shipping cost plus extra Carrier charge.
Moreover, the delivery is sometimes not so quick because of customs delay for unknown reason. It is why, I do not trust with USPS, DHL, Fedex...
