Give your vintage car some real class with these fine real leather short tie straps for when you need a shorted that our full length strap sets.. A set of 2, 5/8' wide saddle tan color straps. The straps measures 30" in length. Both straps can be shortened  a little by add a few extra holes.  They have polished nickle plated buckles. Great for securing that loose rag top or small item to your luggage rack.

Luc Donckerwolke appointed as Seat Design Director

Belgian designer Luc Donckerwolke will be appointed as Seat Design Director, starting next month. Donckerwolke moves within the Audi Brand Group to replace Walter De'Silva who retains his position as the group's Director of Design. In his new position, Donckerwolke will also take over the Spanish company's Design Centre, currently run by Steve Lewis who is moving on to assume new responsibilies within the Audi Brand Group.

A Spanish website claims to have stumbled across the technical design sketches at a European patent office and – if authentic – they spill the beans on the new plug-in hybrid electric concept car that’s bound for a showroom near you within two years. The Ampera is Opel/Vauxhall’s version of the Chevrolet Volt, the breakthrough car that could just save GM if it survives its current crisis.
