The cylinders are in excellent rebuilt condition and are free of any damage.  The rubber boots are soft and free of any cracks or damage.  The cylinder assemblies do have some very mild surface rust on them from many years of shelf storage.  May or may not need a light polishing up before installation.  Cast on the cylinders is WAGNER LOCKHEED, FD-18437.

Aston Martin Rapide storms the desert

Mon, 31 Aug 2009

If you asked last month what the greatest invention in the history of the world was, we would not have said fire or the wheel or the Wright brothers' airplane. Ford Kuga 2.0 TDCi Titanium Review & Road Test: Part 2

Mon, 05 Apr 2010

Part 2 of our review / road test of the Ford Kuga Titanium As we’ve come to expect from all Fords, the Kuga is a good drive. It feels like a jacked up Ford Focus – which is exactly what it is (by 80mm) – but it manages to maintain by far the largest part of the dynamic abilities of the Focus despite its extra height. The engine in this 2.0 TDCi is willing, flexible and well geared.

2013 Aston Martin DB9 – Virage Vanquished

Wed, 19 Sep 2012

Aston Martin has given the DB9 a makeover – a facelift and a bit more – for 2013 as the tweaked DB9 signals the end of the Virage. But all is not lost with the Virage, as the 2013 DB9 gets a Virage makeover – inside and out as well as more power from its V12 and the addition of Aston Martin’s adaptive damping. The 5.9 litre V12 engine under the new DB9′s bonnet now offers 510bhp and 442lb/ft of torque – more than the Virage managed to muster – and is much the same as the revised AM11 V12 we see in the new Vanquish but with a bit less power.
