BOSCH-JETRONIC
CR branded products and BOSCH-JETRONIC CR Remanufactured products are warranted against defects in workmanship
and materials. If within 6 months of purchase, a defect occurs in a BOSCH-JETRONIC CR branded product or BOSCH-JETRONIC CR Remanufactured
product as the result of normal use BOSCH-JETRONIC CR will repair the defect or exchange the product.
If a product defect occurs
as the result of normal use within 6 to 12 months after purchase, BOSCH-JETRONIC CR will repair the defect or can issue a credit for 50% of the purchase price.
If a product defect occurs as the result of normal use 12 months or more after
purchase, BOSCH-JETRONIC CR may, at its option, issue a fair and reasonable credit that can be
applied to the purchase of BOSCH-JETRONIC CR branded products.
The amount of the credit will be determined in BOSCH-JETRONIC CR sole judgment. Abusive wear and product failures caused by rust, debris or water do not qualify for exchange, repair or
purchase credit. Tampering of warranty seals will void the One-Year Limited Warranty Against defects. This warranty is available only to the original purchaser and
is not transferable. No adjustment will be given without the original receipt
of purchase. You must return your BOSCH-JETRONIC CR product to
the BOSCH-JETRONIC CR dealer from which the product was purchased.
DISCLAIMER: The limited
warranty relating to BOSCH-JETRONIC CR branded products
is in lieu of any other express warranty. No agent, employee or representative
of BOSCH-JETRONIC CR has any authority to bind BOSCH-JETRONIC CR to any
affirmation, representation or warranty concerning BOSCH-JETRONIC CR branded products, except as stated herein. BOSCH-JETRONIC CR shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages.
This limited product
warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights
that vary from country to country. Any implied warranties shall be effective
for a period not exceeding 12 months from the date of purchase. Some countries
do not allow manufacturers to impose time limitations on certain implied
warranties, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

The Porsche Macan (pictured) has been revealed in LA
The Porsche Macan has been revealed at the Los Angeles Auto Show, although Porsche’s endless teases for the baby Cayenne mean we already know much of what’s on offer in the Cayenne. The styling is very much ‘Baby Cayenne’, and no one is going to think the Macan is anything other than a smaller Porsche SUV with its very familiar looks. The Macan is smaller than the Cayenne – 146mm shorter and 16mm narrower – but it is bigger than the Audi Q5 on which it’s based (70mm longer and 24mm wider – lower too by 30mm).

No, the Mercedes Benz SLS Gullwing (which we all thought was going to be called the Mercedes SLC – but we were wrong!) is not showing at Geneva 2009. But that hasn’t stopped Mercedes from doing a bit of a spoiler for the show on the day before press day by releasing testing images of a disguised car, together with some solid information, instead of all the speculation we’ve been indulging in. Mercedes Benz SLS AMG in a UK Car showroom near you - but not until 2010!

To Ford Mustang fans, 5.0 has a special place in their hearts and Ford has delivered a new car for them to love: the 2011 Mustang GT. The 5.0-liter V8 Mustang GT will deliver 412 hp and 390 lb-ft of torque. The engine produces 83 hp per liter yet will return 25 mpg on the highway and 17 mpg in the city, according to Ford marketing boss Jim Farley.
