Junior had his 1990 Audi model 80 for several years.  Worked fine and served him well.  Recently it developed an engine oil leakage problem that was going to cost more to fix than the car was really worth.  It was sold to a "scrap happy" neighbor and is gone.  However, we did remove a number of easily removable parts and are making them available here on eBay.  We live in the Midwest and parts for this were hard to find locally and were darned expensive at that.  So, what we do have is offered here.  Hopefully, this can help out someone who has a similar car and not much dough, and can get junior a little more cash for his Audi.  Please don't write asking if some part will also fit Model such and such.  I have no idea.  The part listed here came from a 1990 Audi 80 and was working as it should when the car died.  Hope you see something you can use.  This paragraph will proceed all of our Audi's parts sales listings.
Shown here is a right (passenger) side mirror for a 1990 Audi, model 80.  It is sound and structurally undamaged.  Could use a shot of Armor All to bring back the color.  The electrical connectors are O.K. and it comes with mounting screws.  The mirror's silvering has deteriorated mainly down where the "Objects are closer etc. etc. etc." lettering is but it is still useable.  Good solid cheap replacement mirror assembly.  Thanks for looking!  Please note that when shipped, this will be insured, hence the high-ish shipping charge.  There is no packing or handling fee.  Thanks for your understanding.

Wed, 04 Sep 2013

Ford is resurrecting the name of renowned Italian design house Vignale in an attempt to bring its mainstream models up market in Europe. Of course this isn't Ford's first experience of using a defunct carrozzeria for its range-topping models – remember Ghia? The first of these new models will be the Mondeo, which will appear with Vignale badging, lashings of chrome and quilted leather in Frankfurt next week.

Suzuki Swift Plug-in Hybrid at Tokyo

Thu, 01 Oct 2009

The Suzuki Swift Plug-in Hybrid Latest to announce their Eco offering is Suzuki, with the Swift Plug-in Hybrid. Principally designed to be an electric car, the Swift plug-in also has a small petrol engine which, when the charge in the lithium-ion batteries is depleted, kicks in to recharge the batteries, rather than drive the car. This is similar to the system implemented in the Opel Ampera and the Jaguar XJ Limo Green with the Lotus Range Extender setup.
