We accept all major Credit and Debit cards. Payment can also be made by personal Cheque, Bank Draft, Bank Transfer or Postal Order.

Payment by personal cheque will require a cheque guarantee number and expiry date otherwise they will be held for up to 10 working days awaiting clearance through the normal banking procedure. Please make payable to LK Performance Styling.

We will not dispatch goods or put goods on back order until payment is received in full. Sometimes back orders are placed in good faith but sometimes due to circumstances beyond our control manufacturers or importers may be out of stock whereby a full refund will be offered.



Delivery Info

The Postage & Packaging charges for each country are clearly listed in each item listing.

For UK mainland deliveries: All our items are sent either Royal Mail 1st Class post or FedEx 24 hour courier. Estimated delivery time is usually 3-5 working days after cleared payment has been received, however sometimes this may vary depending on the postal system in your area.

Some deliveries require a signature as proof of delivery. Unfortunately we are unable to give you an exact time for delivery.

Shipping

Most orders will be despatched by a reputable shipping company. We offer excellent delivery times including 24 hour, 48 hour and next day timed deliveries. Local deliveries will be despatched by our own delivery service.

We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. LK Performance and Styling Centre shall be under no liability for any costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay for the delivery of goods under circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery times are working days excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. Saturday deliveries incur extra charges and are usually not guaranteed.

Returns Info

Unwanted goods for return must be notified to us by email via ebay within 7 days of receipt. We reserve the right to refuse returns if notified later than this period.

The cost of returning the goods safely to us is your responsibility.

We may not be able to accept back non-faulty goods that have been supplied to your specific order or damaged during transit or fitting.

Goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition.

Some items/special order items correctly supplied may not be returnable depending on the manufacturer's policy on returns if they are accepted they may incur a 20% handling charge.

All returns must be accompanied by a covering letter, including the Buyers ebay user id, Full Name, Contact number, Address and a brief description of the situation that needs to be resolved.

Where goods are alleged to be defective/faulty, the purchaser agrees to return such goods for inspection and report (without us replacing the said goods prior to such inspection). Mark Higgins beats the TT course in to submission Tony Pond was a rally driver in the 1970s and ’80s, and he was rather good. Good enough to give the likes of Jimmy McRae a spanking from time to time and to drive in umpteen works cars, from Ford to Rover via Datsun. But Tony Pond is probably best remembered for piloting a Rover 827 Vitesse round the Isle of Man TT Circuit in 1990 at an average speed of over 100mph, the first time that had been done.

BMW recalls the X3 for steering fix

BMW is recalling 50 units of the 2011 BMW X3 for a potential power-steering problem. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, a control module in the electric power-steering unit might malfunction, resulting in a sudden loss of power-steering assistance, which could lead to a crash. The suspect X3s were built between April 27 and June 8, 2011.
