2013 Chevy, GMC trucks recalled for roll-away risk
Fri, 04 Jan 2013General Motors is recalling 69,000 2013 full-size trucks and vans that could shift out of “park” and roll away. The recall impacts the Cadillac Escalade; the Chevrolet Avalanche, Express, Silverado HD and LD, and Suburban and Tahoe; and the GMC Savana, Sierra HD and LD, and Yukon and Yukon XL. The trucks may have been built with a fractured park-lock cable, or a deformed steering-column lock-actuator gear in the lock-module assembly.
New Jensen Interceptor to be built by CPP
Tue, 20 Sep 2011The first image of the CPP Jensen Interceptor Ever since we first reported on just how good CPP are at what they do a couple of years ago, we’ve had umpteen stories about the boys from CPP and their ambitions – with the help of ‘Vlad the Investor’ – to make a real mark on the high-end car market. Next generation BMW 6 Series Preview
Thu, 26 Feb 2009Rendering of the next generation (2010) BMW 6 Series - a sleeker and lower car than the current generation Not due until late 2010, the next generation 6 Series looks set to be a lower, sleeker car than the current model. In fact, it looks like BMW may have found a use for a lot of the work they did on the shelved BMW CS project, which was to be BMW’s A7/CLS challenger until the project was shelved a few months ago. Current opinion is that the next generation Convertible will stick with the rag-top, but recent spy shots seem to show a pretty bulky roof camouflage, leading to speculation that BMW may go the folding tin-top roof with the next generation 6-series.
