 RJS SFI 16.1 5 POINT CAM LOCK JR DRAGSTER FLOOR MOUNT 2" BELT BLACK 30297-15-06This listing is for a RJS Racing Equipment 5 Point Cam Lock Racing Harness. The SFI 16.1 Harness has a 2" Pull Down Individual Floor Bar Mount Shoulder Harness that Bolts or Wraps to the roll bar running just above the floor or to the chassis behind the seat. The Lap Belts are 2" Pull Down Lap Belts that Bolt to the chassis. The submarine belt is 2" that will Wrap or Bolt. This is a popular belt for Karting, Jr Dragsters and many other off road applications. This harness is Black in color but if you would like another color please leave a note or message at checkout. The price is still the same for Black, Blue, Red, Orange, Yellow, Gray, Purple, Green and Hot Pink. This item will come with a current SFI tag within the month/year that it is purchased. This is also a re-certifiable belt through RJS Racing Equipment after two years and can be re-certified three times in its lifetime of 10 years. These harnesses are manufactured by RJS Racing Equipment out of The Motor City since 1959. One of the last American companies still offering American made products to the world. This item is NOT an overseas cheap manufactured part with a bootlegged SFI tag. Every Part of this belt is manufactured in Detroit, Michigan and assembled in Jupiter, Florida. Held straight after the first Shanghai auto show press day - a day topped off by the Car Design Night, attended by some 300 or so designers - this two-day event saw 27 of the world's foremost car design experts and nearly 250 delegates gather together to debate the future of Chinese car design. Session 1 - Harnessing design awareness Tony Williams, UK design director of China's biggest carmaker, SAIC, kicked off the session by explaining how trend research was finding more savvy and confident Chinese consumers who want their character reflected in the products they buy and "cars they want rather than just need".
2013 Ford Escape can tow 3,500 pounds with EcoBoost engine
Wed, 14 Mar 2012The 2013 Ford Escape, which we saw at the Detroit auto show in January, will have a towing capacity of 3,500 pounds when equipped with the 2.0-liter EcoBoost engine, Ford said on Wednesday. That number easily bests four-cylinder-equipped competitors such as the Volkswagen Tiguan, the Kia Sportage and the Acura RDX. Ford says the new engine will make enough power to pull two jet skis down to the lake with a trailer, or to drag a snowmobile to the frozen tundra.
BMW 135is for the US only. But you can have much the same in the UK.
Wed, 16 May 2012BMW 135is - US only BMW is not taking the new M135i to the US but has instead announced the BMW 135is Coupe and Convertible for the US only. There must be logic to BMW’s decision to badge a new 1 Series M135i for the UK and Europe and then add a new model in the US – the 135is Coupe – that actually has more power but no ‘M’ moniker. But that logic does escape us.
