The Caterham AeroSeven Concept (pictured) previews a new Caterham in 2014 It’s a new Caterham, but a new Caterham that signals not only a new model for 2014, but a new design direction as Caterham moves towards the fruits of their alliance with Renault on the Alpine project. The Caterham AeroSeven isn’t a look at Caterham’s version of the Renault Alpine project, but a new track-inspired road car designed in a collaboration between Caterham Technology and Innovation, Caterham F1 and Caterham Cars. The new Aero Seven’s underpinnings come from a revised version of the Seven CSR’s chassis with pushrod suspension at the front and full IRS with new dampers and springs.

CES: Mercedes-Benz boss talks technology

Mercedes-Benz boss Dieter Zetsche characteristically seemed to enjoy his status as a car guy amid the computer nerds at the 2012 Consumer Electronics Show. “I just came from Detroit yesterday, where some people consider consumer electronics to be a mere accessory to the car, and now I am here at CES where some people think the car is a mere accessory to the consumer electronics,” he said in a keynote speech on Tuesday at the event. 2015 Ford Expedition: First look

Meet the 2015 Ford Expedition, unveiled today at the Dallas auto show. Besides the freshened look, the big news is that Ford's full-size SUV now comes only with the F Series' 3.5-liter EcoBoost V6 engine like its recently announced Lincoln Navigator sibling. At about 370 hp and 430 lb-ft of torque, the twin-turbo V6 delivers more power than Ford's ancient 5.4-liter V8 (310 hp, 365 lb ft).
